Get started: combine hands with arms

Layering hand and arm movements might feel tricky at first but with practice you will soon be armed and dangerous! 

There is nothing more gorgeous than beautiful feminine hands and arms that are improvised from the emotions of the heart. However, sometimes we need a little bit of a framework to get started, before we can actually embark on the whole exciting adventure of improv.
